It's been three days since I have exercised, and I feel very guilty about it. I was doing so well--you shoulda seen all the gold stars on my calendar last month!--but this month I have yet to put up a single one. Poo.
I've just been so tired this week... Can't fall asleep, can't wake up. I try to make up for it by doing the usual little bits like getting off the bus a stop early and avoiding the elevators, but I'd really rather just go and run or lift or something.
I started The Patch on Sunday and am hoping it doesn't make my moods worse. So far, I'm the calmest I've been in a while. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Oh, and tell me to get my ass back to the gym. Thanks.

I'm also on Wellbutrin, and am doing pretty good mood-wise.

3/10/03 14:27 (UTC)I have a long history of bad experiences with The Pill, so I was a little worried about The Patch. I too take Wellbutrin, and that seems to have stabled things a bit. I just don't want to have The Patch make me lethargic like some of the pills did.

5/10/03 12:27 (UTC)You're welcome. I truly hope that your recovery is a fast one, and that the bumps, bruises, and stitches soon become memories instead of reminders (if that makes sense). I'm rootin' for ya here in the Pacific NorthWest!
