I live near Seattle. I write music. I used to write regularly at LiveJournal under the name winifred. Clearly I was not fast enough to grab the same username here. They don't even use it. Jerks.

At any rate, I am a songwriter and performer in Seattle and have been since 2005. My most recent lineup of bandmates has been performing with me since 2014, with the longest-standing member on the books since 2008. I like my band, they're very good people.

I am also an artist, a supporter of the arts, a sister, a daughter of a baby boomer retiree, a stepmonster, an aunt, and a stand-in grandma for my niece. At this stage in my life I haven't committed to any of these titles - some people know as soon as they finish high school, which has always been foreign to me.

I still have no idea what I really want to be when I grow up, but I'm a musician first so I'm going with that for a while.
