Yet more HAUS

Not sure if I mentioned the 28-page document our inspector created for us. We're going to throw a hail mary and see what happens. Both of us have agreed that if the seller won't agree to our terms we're just going to have to keep looking. We feel that given the shitty flip job they've put on the market, we've been pretty damn generous. If nothing else, now the seller is aware of what will keep their home from selling and can take action. Maybe we can prevent someone else from having to deal with the headache.
We're also still not feeling that great. I don't know if I'll make it to the office in the morning. My head is still cloudy and my right sinus cavity feels like it's full of cotton. Garret's no better. We're wondering if we'll be able to pack up our stuff should the need arise.
*snif* Man, I gotta get some NyQuil in me and go to bed.
