One week off the wagon and you're fat again? Damn.. I wanna see that menu! Sounds delicious!
I've been struggling the past couple of weeks too because of this cold.. and then in another week or two I'll be getting my wisdom teeth out reducing my diet to yogurt, mashed potatoes, smoothies, and apple sauce. I can't wait!
More like three weeks off the wagon, don't let my whiny post deceive you. I stopped taking my lunch to work and started eating lunch with my co-worker, who never brings hers. While I've been sticking to clean foods, like salads and unprocessed grains, I still slip up -- even more so since I inevitably stay at work an extra hour to let the traffic thin out. Waiting for traffic means dinner is later, and eating late has never agreed with me unless I've been drinking. It's been a looooooong time since I've had a drink.
I'm not going to completely rule out 'female trouble' as a reason, but that's a copout -- too easy. I just need to get off my ass. Hopefully my counselor's challenge will help me out a little.
