QUICKTIME GURUS, I NEED YOU.

I have an mpeg4 video that I want to extract the audio from, preferably as an mp3 file. I'm willing to pay for software to do this, but the apple.com site FAQ's weren't very helpful.

Will Quicktime Pro extract audio as a mp3? I'm running Windows XP.
