Cat Sneezes

Grady has what would be considered an upper respiratory infection. He is sneezing in a way that is really disturbing, washing his face a lot, and his ears are hot. Gentleman that he is, he insists on jumping OFF my lap to do the worst of his sneezing. How bad is it? I can honestly say I have never known anyone else to get cat snot in their eye.
His symptoms so far are treatable with home remedies. I just need to make sure he is warm and hydrated. For the last day or two he hasn't been eating because he can't smell much, but some tuna took care of that. Let's hope he doesn't hoark it back up.
The only reason he would have these symptoms is the same reason *I've* been struggling lately: Dry, cold air has sapped our mucus membranes of moisture and allowed infection (Grady) or difficulty in breathing (Me). I'm going to dig out the humidifier and sleep with that running tonight. Hopefully that will bring some relief to both of us.
