Cat update

I warned her, but she didn't believe me. Less than two minutes later I could hear the angry howling of a terrified cat through two heavy doors, and I nearly burst into tears. She couldn't let me in there to calm him because of something or other. I had hoped if I was there with him, he wouldn't freak out, but I wasn't, and he did, and now they've sedated him. I go back in a couple of hours to pick him up and take him home, because he would be worse off if he stayed there overnight. That, and I don't have $450 for that kind of nonsense.

He is not going to be happy with me when he snaps out of it.

I hate that I can't hold my cats while Vet techs do various procedures. What're they checking him for?
