I'm not sure I get the buzz about it, though. It's a cake in a cup. We never made cupcakes unless we were having a party -- the rest of the time we always had yellow cake with chocolate frosting in the house. Cupcakes weren't "practical."

I'm thinking I want to learn more about cake baking and maybe make some pin money with cupcakes. I'm just not sure how much I can afford to experiment, you know? The cupcookies I did a while back were GREAT, but they were too gooey in the middle. I need to adjust the baking time or something.

All these cupcakes I see online look like a lot of fun. Anybody having a birthday or other party anytime soon that they'd let me bake cupcakes for? Give me a theme, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

my sister had been making cupcakes with livy a lot lately. they had a bunch of kids over the other day for a bbq and allee made cupcakes and then let each kid decorate their own. it was a big hit.

if you come up with any cool recipes post them!

Well, first I have to learn what makes a cake a cake -- I've been a cookie person for so long I'm not sure where to start. I've always been a "cake comes from a box" person. Looks like some research is in order.
