I feel fat today, even after the almost-three-mile trek on foot this morning. Why is it so easy to find flaws in oneself when looking in the mirror?

All Sufi wisdom aside, I know what you mean. I have been running my ass off for a month and my gut still seems big to me (maybe I should run my gut off, not my ass).

Yeah, I guess I am looking for my flaws. They're so easy for me to find and I constantly worry that the little things I notice are going to make someone I'm interested in not want anything to do with me. Meh.
