I fear you may be right. The only reason I haven't sold this bike for cash towards a new one is that it was a hand-me-down from my MIL. I keep wondering "what if she'd rather have it back?"
Chances are if you never rode it, the tires' biggest problem are that they're factory -- which means they're fine and may need air, but you can always do better if you have the cash.
I bought it from a devout rider who was moving up in the bike chain, so I don't think they're factory, but I actually have no idea since most of my bike "knowledge" ended around '89. :)
I assume you live very close by, since I saw you catch the bus next to the McD's, and I'm home most days (excepting weekends) and if you're hitting game night on Friday I could load it up in the car.

10/4/08 19:03 (UTC)I have no idea what shape the tires are in (do they need air or patch/repair)but it's been kept inside and dry and safe the whole time.
Want a look at it for a loaner?
