I've been lapsing my gym time. I had SO MANY GOLD STARS on my calendar last month from trying to reach my 5-6 exercise days a week goal, and this month... one star a week. This weekend I went insane and devoured a large pizza and a brownie sundae. Got up this morning feeling like Jabba the Butt... crap. After all that work, it's hard not to come down on myself hard.

I just crave sugar and can't shake it at all. Fuck. This was so much easier to deal with ten years ago.

someone once told me if you actually crave sugar, that means you aren't getting enough carbs?? have you seen a nutritionist - that might help you balance out and such?? just a thought.

That's a good idea. I've been meaning to see a professional regarding my workouts and my diet. I'd better do that before the holiday season swallows me alive.

going to a nutrionist helped me when i first started, i'm waiting going to a trainer until after new years because of money.. but i know in the past its helped me.. especially since you get the truth about exercise - which ones are better for doing what (thinning, making bigger, etc..)
