Still feel bad

I'm beating myself up over today's drama. The guilt over making it worse is causing me to think terrible things that may not be true. I don't want to lose my band over this lapse of judgement. We've worked too hard, and we are fun and we rock.

Maybe in the morning we'll all be grownups again. :-(
