fatrockstarGarret is home sick today, which means he was here to sign for our delivery of GUITAR HERO for the PS2. We pre-ordered the game and TWO controllers. Man... it's insane. Garret has already conquered all the songs on the Easy level, and now he's in there, groggy as shite, going for Medium. I guess that all works out, because most rock guitarists aren't all there anyway.

In other news, our hail mary worked. Looks like we'll get the house and all 28 pages of the inspector's problem list. The woman selling the property is foreign and in the middle of the world's bitterest divorce. If she wants to get rid of the house so badly, why did she counter our first offer? That was pretty shitty of her. The house isn't worth near as much as she asked for it. We can handle it. We're tough cookies.
