fatrockstarMy throat feels like it's been padded with styrofoam. I can still talk, but I hurt afterwards. Still tired. Stayed home from work today since my work environment won't allow me to have one of those fancy "working sick" days. I'm roughly four feet from my coworkers in any direction and sitting right under a @#!! vent.
Yesterday I wore a surgical mask all day. Time will tell if that was helpful. I can only hope I didn't infect anyone, because I'm not full-blown miserable yet. I'm most contagious NOW. So, I'm home. Home home home.
...goin' on day four with no workout. I'm going to be really unfriendly tomorrow. Not looking forward to that.
