A word on Pilates...
Wednesday, 15 December 2004 22:23Why would "lengthening your muscles" be a good thing? Wouldn't your muscles start to bunch up under your skin if you lengthened them? All you Pilates freaks: think before you make this claim. Unless Pilates lengthens my BONES, too, having "long lean muscles" doesn't sound that attractive.
I'm sure it does wonders for one's figure, but "long & lean?" Puleeeeze.
