I'm giving up on There. Seems like the fourth or fifth time I logged on, it was extremely hard for me to make contact with anyone. When I finally did drum up the nerve, the person said "sorry" and logged out. Not very reassuring.

So, I'll probably either return or give away the buggy, along with everything else.

This cements it: I'm just not an online gamer. I really like toontown, though. I don't mind playing that alone, and by the time I log on, everyone else there is pretty much the same age (adult) and we can go do our thing without too much chitchat.

Call me vain, but I couldn't live without a face.

I saw this show on TLC last night where they had to remove this guy's FACE to save his life.

He now wears a prosthetic face and tinted glasses, and gets around with the help of his wife. Wow. THAT is will to live.

Strangely enough, I dreamed that night that I was Denis Leary and basking in the afterglow of sex with a young and skinny Sean Astin.
