My argument with the world's most stubborn spammer.
Friday, 11 July 2003 15:16I moderate a not-so-busy yahoo group titled jobseekerssupportgroup. It gets a message once in a blue moon. It used to be UNmoderated, but then it started getting all kinds of advertising and several members of the group were a little upset.
Below is the text of an email I exchanged with a woman whose email I rejected because it fell under the description of 'advertising' in WynneWorld. When she wrote back, I thought that maybe she was mistaken about the directive of the group. Turns out she is just another spammer. Was I wrong? You be the judge.

Solicitaion email does not comply with the purpose of this group. My apologies if this purpose was not made clear in the group's description. Perhaps if your message was a more personal one that offered resume or interview tips along with your perspective as a recruiter it would be considered.
