My weight is holding steady for the 3rd day in a row. I'd wish for the scale to move already, but it may go in the wrong direction.

Push-ups yesterday means sore lats & shoulders today. It feels good.

The new receptionist is right out of the trailer park. Thank goodness she's funny.

I hate commuting. Eastside buses suck.
