Visual DNA
Thursday, 26 April 2007 23:38When I did the Visual DNA it was because someone out there in the LJ universe had done it. I thought it was pretty cool that you could answer a question with a picture. But I thought it was even COOLER that each picture came with an explanation of why you chose it. The explanation is optional, but without it all you have is a grouping of pictures. Pictures that may or may not be an obvious choice to the person looking at it.
Now when I surf through LJland I see not one or two, but a lot of Visual DNA memes completed without text and it leaves me wondering. How exactly does this totally fit your personality if I don't know why you made the selections you did? There's only 14 pictures to choose from in each category, and a lot of them are so similar they actually make more sense if you explain why you like them!
See, this is why I don't post memes. I go off for no good reason and then somebody loses an eye.
