Thank you, ONTD, for that fantastic word. It's almost perfect.
In other news, I do believe we are one step closer to finding our guitarist(s). Tonight was a great rehearsal, and we got closer to two new songs. Yeah, you read that right: NEW songs.
My car needs $1000 in repair work. I really don't want a new car. I can't afford one right now. I can't really afford to keep repairing this one every six months, either, so I'm going to step up my efforts to drive as little as possible until my job status changes. I need to figure out how to make the bicycle in my garage a height where I can actually ride it without bruising my fanny every time I have to stop. I'm pretty sure I can take about half an inch or more off just by replacing the all-terrain tires. I will still have to drive at least once a week, but I would like to eliminate the eight-minute drive to the park & ride.
Tonight was a good night. It makes up for the pound I gained back over the last couple of days.
