No gig.

The Comet Tavern never responded to our offer to fill in for The Twain and booked another band. That's fine. I don't really feel like dealing with that right after my big interview that day. I'll be doing well just to make it home that night.

My new alarm clock is doing GREAT at waking me up in the morning. I can still fall asleep to the radio thanks to this "sleep volume control" feature that turns it way down for sleep mode without interfering with the regular volume. I'm wide awake by 6:45! Now if only I could find something that made it worthwhile to get out of bed, I'd have the perfect system.

So I'm thinking I have some mild depression issues. This has been going on for a while, this "not wanting to get out of bed" thing. If I have an appointment, I'll get out of bed. Otherwise, no.

Today is laundry and "studying" for my APM interview. I used to make fun of Garret for studying for interviews, and now I know better. There are questions to answer that I've never had to answer before. All my experience with interviews burned stock answers in my brain that don't apply anymore.

I'll be happy to be working again. I hope that happens soon.
