"What is wrong with everyone nowadays? Why do they all seem to think they are qualified to do things beyond their capabilities," he asked in the memo read out as evidence at an employment tribunal.

"This is to do with the learning culture in schools as a consequence of a child-centered system which admits no failure."

"People think they can all be pop stars, high court judges, brilliant TV personalities ... without even putting in the necessary work or having natural ability."

This quote by Prince Charles has caused quite a stir. You'd think he had said something completely untrue, but he really hasn't. There is a lot of truth in what he's said here. Unfortunately, the world is in a state of denial laced with entitlement and doesn't want to hear the truth.

No one wants to admit failure, but everyone wants an opportunity to fail. I can understand that.
