The fashion history silhouettes are the creation of Yvonne Deacon, currently working at the Centre for Research and Development at the University of Brighton. They were commissioned for the Sue Jenkyn-Jones book "Fashion Design" originally published in 2002 by Laurence King Publishing ltd.

That search took nearly all dang day, and it was all luck. The image had been "re-blogged" over 10,000 times, all on Tumblr. Of those 10k only about 40 actually added their own commentary to the re-post, and that's where I found it. A design student (who for the life of me I can't remember) added the name of the book and its author to her reposting. I found out the rest myself.

So now it's up to me. I need to contact Laurence King Publishing, Yvonne Deacon, or both to see if they'll let me sell the designs I made with those silhouettes. Wish me luck.
